Is it OK to sell Gold Grillz to minor without parental consent?

I sell removable gold teeth(grillz), do you think I should make minors(under 18) bring a parent with them to recieve my product?

Is it OK to sell Gold Grillz to minor without parental consent?
Well, since they are removeable, you shouldn%26#039;t have any legal liability for having done a permanent or invasive procedure (like a tattoo or a piercing), BUT, especially since they are costly, you may want to get parental approval to protect yourself. It isn%26#039;t the sort of thing you want to take a return on, for obvious sanitary reasons, and a parent could really be upset with you for having gone into a transaction of such scope without their knowledge. As a parent of a tween myself, I would certainly want to know if my son took his savings, intending to purchase such an item.

By the way-I bet you%26#039;re doing a great business-the teens LOVE those things!
Reply:Yes for the simple fact if the parent tells the child they can%26#039;t have them you%26#039;ll have to refund the money or most parents will cause a big problem, at least put t sign up that says must have written premission from parents. if they find a way to get the signature you should be good to go, even Nickoloden does it.
Reply:No, as long as they are easily removable and your business is legit then i see no reason to. If the parents havent raised their kids well enough for them to ask if that is something the parents are concerned about, then it is their own problem. Just put a sign up that says all sales are final or something.

By the way, how much do you sell these for?
