In Westward, there are supposed to be 3 secret maps. I found guy hiding and four gold teeth, where's map 3?

In Paradise Falls, there%26#039;s a secret map that leads to real help with the water situation. At the beginning of the secret map it says that it%26#039;s the third of 3 such maps... I can only find two. One in Lightning Bluff, the other in Paradise Falls.
