Are there any woman out there that would get a gold tooth?

My husband is getting a gold crown in a couple of weeks. He says that he has always wanted one. He says that he likes the way that they look and has always wanted one. Well, the other night I broke a tooth and my dentist wants to put a crown on this tooth. My husband and I just realized that we are having crowns put on the identical tooth. Now he wants me to get a matching gold crown and he is serious . He says that he really really wants me to do it. It is a back tooth and wouldn%26#039;t show too much, but I know that it will at times. My friend of many years tells me, don%26#039;t do it. She says that having a gold tooth would make me look older. Well, Im nearing 50, so I don%26#039;t want to do anything that would age me more.


So, I%26#039;m taking a poll to see if there are any woman out there that would do this for their husband of 26 years, or would you just be smart and listen to your sensible friend. Im hoping that this poll will help me with making my decision.

Reply:i personally would never get a gold crown. but you should not base your decision on whether anyone on here would get a gold tooth.... or even do what your husband or friend wants you to do. just answer yourself honestly... do you want a gold tooth? and then you will know what to do.

Reply:As a back tooth crown, yes. My friend had all her old fillings drilled out and replaced with gold.
