Oh thats easy,give it to Warden.He lives in the city where the safari zone is.I beat the whole game even the Pokemon league.Warden is the house at the right of the gym.Look in bot houses.

Reply:The warden.He is the old guy who can't talk and has a boulder in his house which blocks the rare candy.His name is on a mailbox so it isn't hard to find his house.
