I have many assorted bits and pieces of old jewlery, gold teeth, etc that I would like to turn in for cash. Thank you for any information.

Check with pawn shops. Another option would be to check with some metal fabrication companies, like Hoover and Strong or Rio Grande. I'm not sure if they'll take stuff like what you have, but I know they take scrap precious metals (even metal dust!), so it would definitely be worth a try.
