About Gold Eyeliner?

My friend is being Mike Tyson for some Halloween party.





She hasn't got anything but Gold Eyeliner that she could possibly paint one of her tooth Gold with it.





Do you think it's okay?

Reply:Don't put eyeliner in your mouth!!! It's for external use only, not meant for ingestion. It probably wouldn't even stay on long anyway. Buy a fake gold tooth at a costume shop. It's much safer.
Reply:it's probably not toxic in any way, because you're putting it on your eyes and most companies do animal testing (grrr), but it won't stay on. i don't even know if it would stick on the tooth. there is so much saliva in someone's mouth that i think it either wouldn't go on in the first place or would come off.





i'd try using flour and water to make a dough-like paste, like what you'd give a kid to play with (i think there's salt in it too), and put some gold mineral eye shadow in it, the loose form, because that's pretty much going to be non-toxic as well. it might stick better. i'd try the children's dough paste and see if it works first before spending a few bucks on the eye shadow.
