Were the Jews been forced to extract their gold tooth while they were still alive for Hitler's war efforts

Actually they did pull the gold teeth from live prisoners. At first it was only dead prisoners but as the cost of war continued to rise Hitler became more desperate and started taking them from live prisoners. I knew this but it can also be seen in Elie Wiesel's book Night. I read it last year and i remeber him saying they had to go to the dentist to get thier gold caps extracted

Reply:After they were dead..they were much more cooperative that way. And besides, it was the Jewish prisoners at the death camps that got stuck with the job(no arrogant Nazi would pull a gold tooth from a Jew) and they probably liked it better that their fellow Jews were dead when it happened. I hope Hitler and his homies are enjoying Hell.
