The nearly impossible part would be to cast your grille. You would need expertise in mold making and metal casting. If you had any knowlege of either of these two tasks, you would not have asked this question.

It isn%26#039;t the sort of thing you want to take a return on, for obvious sanitary reasons, and a parent could really be upset with you for having gone into a transaction of such scope without their knowledge. As a parent of a tween myself, I would certainly want to know if my son took his savings, intending to purchase such an item.

Ahhhh i have a giant cavity in on my teeth -what is the dentist specifically gonna do?
i found these cavity on my teeth. they%26#039;re tan colored and they%26#039;re al over my... what do you call them... those curvy lines that goes inside your teeth? i mean, it%26#039;s HUGE!! are they gonna pull it out? or just drill it?i dont feel any pain.... but i can SEE it! are they gonna needle me????? ;____;

Fillings don%26#039;t decay. With as bad as your decay sounds, you might need a root canal. You might not, but prepare yourself for that possibility. On this visit the dentist will do your x-rays, clean your teeth, numb your mouth and drill out the cavity. You won%26#039;t feel anything but pressure. Then they fill the hole that was made and harden the filling material, and you are done! If It%26#039;s bad enough to need a root canal, then you will make an appointment for that on another day most likely.
Dentists aren%26#039;t about causing you pain anymore. Any procedures that are done you are numbed up A LOT so that you won%26#039;t feel pain. Don%26#039;t worry, you will be fine!

However, they MAY inject a pain killer into your mouth (which DOES hurt) and then drill away the cavity, which won%26#039;t hurt after the injections. You can usually just get a composite filling, which is white and hard to see. They still use silver, since it%26#039;s cheaper, but they last as long as, if not longer than the tooth.
